At Bionova we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days – without penalty and without giving any reason.
Important conditions:
- Withdrawal period: You may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of the item: Products must be returned with care in their original condition. Sealed products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken, for health and hygiene reasons.
- Return costs: Unless otherwise agreed, returning the product(s) is at your own expense.
- Diminished value: You are liable for any reduced value of the product(s) resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Make sure the product(s) are complete and in their original condition. Please note that sealed products can no longer be returned once the seal has been broken, for health and hygiene reasons.
Notify your withdrawal
Inform us of your decision to withdraw within 30 days of receipt through an unequivocal statement (for example a letter by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but you are under no obligation to do so. If you return your order without prior notice, please include a physical note with your return that shows your wish to cancel.

Send the package
Send the product(s) back without undue delay, no later than 14 days after you notified us of your withdrawal. Please include a note with your return. Return shipping is at your own expense.

Receipt and refund
Once we have received and processed your return, we will confirm this by email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Bank refunds usually take 1 to 2 business days after processing. For credit card refunds it can take anywhere between 2 and 30 days for the amount to be returned, depending on the payment and billing cycle of your card provider.
Consequences of a withdrawal
If you withdraw from the agreement, all costs paid will be refunded to you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. In the event of a partial return, delivery costs will not be refunded.
Reimbursement will be carried out using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, at no charge to you. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product(s) back, or until you provide proof that you have sent the product(s) back, whichever occurs first.
